1. Use of the site

By accessing, you warrant and represent to the site (MoneyMax Jewellery Pte.Ltd. refers to 'site' as our “MoneyMax Jewellery”) owner that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the site.

The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this site are registered and unregistered trademarks of the MoneyMax Jewellery Pte.Ltd. Nothing contained on the site should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the MoneyMax Jewellery Pte.Ltd.

External links may be provided for your convenience, but they are beyond the control of the MoneyMax Jewellery Pte.Ltd.  and no representation is made as to their content. Use or reliance on any external links and the content thereon provided is at your own risk.

4. Warranties

MoneyMax Jewellery Pte.Ltd. makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the site.

5. Disclaimer of liability

MoneyMax Jewellery Pte.Ltd. is  not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the site, any information contained on the site, your or your company’s personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. In particular, neither MoneyMax Jewellery Pte.Ltd. nor any third party or data or content provider shall be liable in any way to you or to any other person, firm or corporation whatsoever for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omission of any share price information or the transmission thereof, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of non-performance or interruption, or termination thereof.

6. Registration  

You must be over 16 to register for a personal account, subscribe to MoneyMax Jewellery emails and/or place an order with MoneyMax Jewellery.

Any personal data that you provide us with during the registration process will be stored in our database. You will need to supply us via the online registration form with certain information including: your email address, first name, surname, password, billing address and, where applicable, different delivery address. We will only use the stored data in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be accessed here.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and email address and are responsible for all activities that are carried out under them. We will not be responsible for losses suffered by you where your password or email address is used by someone else unless this is due to our negligence. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware or suspect any unauthorised use of your password or email address.

7.  Price and Payment

 (a)      Where applicable, prices are in Singapore Dollars. Delivery costs will be charged in addition where applicable;

 (b)     All payments can be made via the PayPal platform. To sign up for a PayPal account, head to their website for easy and convenient account registration. If you opt to pay without creating an account, you will be presented with two options:

       1). Pay using credit card

       2). Log in to PayPal account

Please note that MoneyMax Jewellery will not reimburse any fees imposed by card-issuing banks.

 (c)     We are under no obligation to fulfil your order if the price listed on the website is incorrect, or if your shipping address is incorrect (even after your order has been received by us).

8. Online Purchase Exchanges and Returns

(a) Items sold online on MoneyMax Jewellery E-Store (excluding promotional items) are eligible for an one-time exchange upon arrangement with MoneyMax Jewellery customer service, within 15 working days (The 15 Days Return period starts from the time of the first attempted delivery, verified through parcel tracking number).

(b) The exchanged item must be of equivalent of higher value than the original purchase, excluding postage fees. Postage fees will be fully covered by the customer.

(c) Items will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

       1) Item is in original condition and packaging (unmarked, and not defaced in any manner), and accompanied by original receipts and certificates (where applicable)

       2) Customer received the wrong order

       3) Customer received a defective product

(d) Products ordered from MoneyMax Jewellery E-Store are not exchangable or returnable due to Change of Mind.

(e) Gold coins and bars comes with a protective acrylic layer and when this protective layer is opened, product will be deemed ineligible for exchange or return.

(f) Engraved jewellery are final sales, and are ineligible for exchange.

(g) Items sold can only be exhanged for other items of its same merchandise category.

1.	Brand new jewellery is exchangeable for brand new jewellery
2.	Preowned jewellery/watches/leather goods are exchangeable for preowned jewellery/watches/bags only
3.	Diamond jewellery, watches and leather goods cannot be exchanged for gold jewellery

(h) No cash refund is allowed for MoneyMax Jewellery E-Store online orders.

9. Order confirmation

To submit an order, you will be required to follow the online shopping process on the site. After this you will receive an order confirmation which will act as an acknowledgement of your order.

Please note that all E-store items are concurrently made available across all 40 MoneyMax stores. In the unlikely event that the item is out of stock, your order will be cancelled and an email notification will be sent. All refunds will be issued within 3-5 working days.

10. Conflict of terms

If there is a conflict or contradiction between t he provisions of these site terms of use and any other relevant terms of use, policies or notices, the other relevant terms of use, policies or notices which relate specifically to a particular section or module of the site shall prevail in respect of your use of the relevant section or module of the site.

11. Severability

Any provision of any relevant terms of use, policies and notices, which is or becomes unenforceable in any jurisdiction, whether due to being void, invalidity, illegality, unlawfulness or for any reason whatever, shall, in such jurisdiction only and only to the extent that it is so unenforceable, be treated as void and the remaining provisions of any relevant terms of use, policies and notices shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Applicable laws (choice of venue and forum)

Use of the site shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the Singapore, regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.

13. Changes to terms

From time to time, we may change this Terms of Use to accommodate new technologies, industry practices, regulatory requirements or for other purposes. We will provide notice to you if these changes are material and, where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent. You are responsible for reviewing the latest Terms and Conditions each time you submit your order.
