What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Master/Visa, PayNow, Shopback Paylater, GrabPay and Grab PayLater.

Do you accept installment payments?

Yes, we do at 0% interest rate!

We currently offer Shopback/Grab BNPL which is up to 4 monthly installments at 0% interest rate. Meaning you just have to pay the 1st amount and you can bring home your brand new jewellery!

Do you offer Shopback/Grab BNPL and how do I checkout with it?

Hi, we offer Shopback/Grab Paylater at 0% interest. For Grab checkout, it is under 2C2P checkout.

We offer Shopback/Grab Paylater at 0% interest. For Grab checkout, it is under 2C2P and will appear after you fill in your information and shipping details.

Shipping

What type of shipping do you offer and is it FREE? Also how long would it take to receive my order?

Yes, SHIPPING locally is FREE!

We currently offer 3 forms of shipping.
Free Shipping: 5-7 Days
Express Shipping: 3-4 Days
Store Collection: 5-7 Days

For Shipping:
If you require your item to be delivered at a specific time, we suggest you apply for Express Shipping at a small fee of $30 as we cannot guarantee the time for Free Shipping.

For Store Collection:
Our retail staff will notify you when your item is ready for collection.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment.

Do I need to create an account to shop?

Nope it is not compulsory. You can either sign up with an account or through a guest check out.

What are the benefits of creating an account?

Returns & Exchanges

My item is damaged. What should I do?

Do not worry! All items come with a 7 days exchange period upon collection. Simply drop us a message and we will arrange an exchange to your preferred outlet. Click Here to read more.
