How long will my items take to arrive?
All orders are shipped out on working days only. Your order will reach you within 3-5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. This is only valid for orders without any preorder/engraved items.

- Priority Shipping: 1-3 Working Days
- Sookee HQ Collection: 3-5 Working Days
- Store Collection (Selected Stores Islandwide): 3-5 Working Days
How much do I need to pay for shipping?
We offer free Standard Shipping for orders above $100. If you require your order at an earlier date, we offer Priority Shipping at $30.
What if my order contains a preorder item?
Your order will only be shipped out when the preorder item is back in stock. The estimated date would be indicated on the product page.
If your order contains a non-preorder item and a preorder item, it will only be delivered when the preorder item is back in stock.
What if my order contains an engraved item?
For orders with engraved items, kindly allow an additional 3 working days for your order to be delivered.
Can I track my order status?
Yes you can! We provide notifications via email & sms for our deliveries, ensuring you stay updated on your parcel status. Furthermore, each order has a live tracking link so you can have visibility of your parcel.
How do I change the delivery address?
Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed. Kindly ensure that the information is correct at the time of placing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Singapore, and do not ship to international locations.
Do you allow store collection?
Yes, we do. The estimated store collection date is 3-5 working days upon placing your order. Our retail staff will contact you once your order is ready for collection. Do note that if you fail to collect your order within 14 days upon being notified, your item will thereafter be available for collection exclusively at our headquarters, located at 7 Changi Business Park Vista, #01-01, Singapore 486042.
Can I arrange my own courier to pick up my order?
Yes, for orders capped at $499, you can arrange for your own courier to pick up your order from our HQ or our designated store collection locations. Kindly contact us at 6812 2780 or email us at mmeshop@moneymax.com.sg to coordinate this.
What do I do when I receive the wrong product or there is a missing item?
