How much do I need to pay for shipping?
Shipping is completely FREE! For those of you that require your items at an earlier date, we provide Express Shipping at a small fee.
How do I change the delivery address?
Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed. Kindly ensure that the information is correct at the time of placing your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Singapore, and do not ship to international locations.
Do you allow store collection?
Yes we do. The estimated store collection date is 5-7 days upon making your order. Our retail staff will contact you once your parcel is ready for collection.
What do I do when I receive the wrong product or there is a missing item?

Do not worry! All items come with a 7 days exchange period upon collection. Simply drop us a message and we will arrange an exchange to your preferred outlet.
