Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This Lucky Draw Promotion (“Promotion”) conducted by MoneyMax Jewellery Pte. Ltd. is open to all customers who complete a qualifying transaction at participating MoneyMax Jewellery outlets and official eStore during the promotion period. Employees of MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid from 1 June 2026 to 31 July 2026, both dates inclusive.

3. Qualifying Transactions

Customers will be entitled to one (1) lucky draw chance with a minimum spend of S$500 in a single invoice. Multiple entries are allowed unless otherwise stated.

4. How to Participate

Eligible customers must:

• Be a member of MoneyMax Jewellery
• Complete the qualifying transaction during the Promotion Period; and
• Provide valid contact details for verification and prize notification purposes.

5. Lucky Draw & Winner Selection

Winners will be selected via computerised/random draw conducted by MoneyMax on or around 14 August 2026 at our office: 7 Changi Business Park Vista, Singapore 486042. At least one (1) winner will be selected from each participating outlet. Winners will be contacted via phone/SMS/email using the contact details provided. Results will be published on MoneyMax’s social media accounts and website.

6. Prizes

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. MoneyMax reserves the right to replace any prize with another item of similar value without prior notice.

7. Prize Collection

Winners must collect prizes within 30 days from notification unless otherwise stated. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited. Prize may not be redeemed by any person other than the prize winner unless with prior arrangement with the organiser. 

8. Disqualification

MoneyMax reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to have submitted invalid, fraudulent, incomplete, or duplicate entries.

9. Publicity

By participating in the Promotion, winners consent to the use of their name, photo and/or likeness for promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

10. Personal Data

By participating in this contest, you understand and accept without limitations that MoneyMax may collect, use or disclose your personal data contained herein for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), which is to administer this promotion, including to contact you for the administration of prize and for the purpose of internal audit/verification and/or external marketing purposes.

11. General

Moneymax reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of this contest or terminate the Promotion without prior notice. MoneyMax’s decision in all matters relating to this contest is final and binding.
