How long will my items take to arrive?

We aim to deliver your item as soon as we can from the date of order received, and payment confirmed. All orders are shipped on business days only. Your order will reach you within 5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

How much do I need to pay for shipping?

For minimum spend of SGD150, we provide FREE domestic shipping for MoneyMax Jewellery E-Store orders. For orders below total spend of SGD150, we charge a flat rate of SGD4 for each shipment.






How do I change the delivery address?

Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed. Kindly ensure that the information is correct at the time of placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Singapore, and do not ship to international locations.
