How long will my items take to arrive?

All orders are shipped on business days only. Your order will reach you within 5-7 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Express Shipping: 3-4 Days
Free Shipping ($60 min spend): 5-7 Days
Store Collection (Selected Outlets Islandwide): 5-7 Days

How much do I need to pay for shipping?

Shipping is FREE for orders above $60! For those of you that require your items at an earlier date, we provide Express Shipping at a small fee.

How do I change the delivery address?

Please note that the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been placed. Kindly ensure that the information is correct at the time of placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Singapore, and do not ship to international locations.

Do you allow store collection?

Yes we do. The estimated store collection date is 5-7 days upon making your order. Our retail staff will contact you once your parcel is ready for collection. Do note that if you fail to collect your item within 14 days upon being notified, your item will thereafter be available for collection exclusively at our headquarters, located at 7 Changi Business Park Vista, #01-01, Singapore 486042.

What do I do when I receive the wrong product or there is a missing item?

My item is damaged. What should I do?

Do not worry! All items come with a 7 days exchange period upon collection. Simply drop us a message and we will arrange an exchange to your preferred outlet.
